Have you ever dream of flying an a small rc plane or a helicopter. Well you can easily find those remote control models here in mauritius. There are two main shops, one in curepipe near patisserie chez christian and the other one is in port louis Kyosho shop. Unfortunately if you are thinking of going pro in this hobby you won't find much help in this shop. However if you are free in week ends as from 3pm to 6.30p.m then go to st martin rc model club. Entrance is free to public and you will have loads of good advice and pros counselling. Also there's a guy in quatre bornes his name is vinesh, anyone interested leave email address will send number. If you need fuel for your nitros go see cyril @ st martin and also be sure you get your spare parts on the net you will need a lot of them if you are a beginner.

Nikon Digital Slrs

Today camera's are very common among mauritians. They Nikon d3100 is a very good camera for beginner however it is very hard to get it in mauritius. There's a shop in Trianon shopping park, it is a studio to be more precise it had some of those beauties but within one week it was all sold out :( . They will have a new batch by end of this month its selling price was RS. 23,500. Cash and carry has it but its way much expensive. Mimosa studio in port louis also will have its stock by end of april.

Mozzarella

Everyone likes mozzarella in their pizzas, how you ever tried making those at home?. It is very difficult to find the main ingredients in mauritius. To make them you will need rennet ( a tablet that will easily separate the curd from whey), citric acid ( here people use it to make fruit jams) and finally 100% fresh full cream milk. You can easily buy the ingredients on ebay. Below are links to main ingredients ;
